As Client Relationship Manager of the bank you will:

  • Supervising the daily Transactions Matching List;
  • Monitoring changes in Risk categorisation of clients;
  • Monitoring of closing accounts and update excel list called Monthly list of closed accounts;
  • Ensure follow-up on accounts with missing documents;
  • Monitoring report on transactions on accounts open less than 1 year;
  • Handling requests from E-file;


  • Strong CRM knowledge based on a minimum of 5 years professional experience;
  • Good Knowledge of “Olympic” banking software, swift system and other settlement tools;
  • Excellent PC skills (MS-Office);
  • Fluent in Spanish. Whether English or French would be a strong asset
  • The ability to work collaboratively and act as good team player;
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory
