THE JOB:

  • Liaise with labs for the creation of digital delivery materials of feature films to TV clients
  • Liaise with TV channel clients to make sure that they are delivered the proper materials as per their digital materials specification
  • Organize the logistics of getting materials from producers to labs and from labs to TV stations in time
  • Coordinate the dubbing and subtitling of feature films into Spanish and Portuguese with the dubbing houses in Mexico and Brazil.
  • Organize and create delivery materials from our lab in Los Angeles.
  • Manage and organize digital vaults containing our library of films with many different elements, and devise strategies on how to best manage and organize these with an eye towards ever changing digital environments.

 

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A university level back-ground with interest in digital deliveries, whereby knowledge and experience in digital video & audio assets and elements are a big plus.
  • Must be extremely well organized
  • Be able to work under a lot of stress
  • Must be able to manage many different tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Must be willing to work flexible work hours (sometime until 20:00 if necessary) to get the job done and deal with different time zones.
  • Advanced level or Fluency in English is a must. Good written and spoken knowledge of Spanish is not essential, but is a big plus
