Handle all activities to ensure effective delivery of service to all levels of external customers:

  • In charge of price offers and tenders filing with all necessary legal documents and payment terms to customers
  • Customer projects handling from offer to delivery in coordination with production, supply chain and after sales
  • Customer projects related to services at final destinations (customs clearance, inland transport, installation, training) in collaboration with local service providersCommunicate efficiently and on an ongoing basis with sales teams and customers
  • Handling of letter of credits and bank guarantees
  • Ensure that all existing contracts with agents are maintained up to date
  • Support to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for the management of contract database and compliance documentation and processes


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a customer support environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different kind of stakeholders and different levels of the organisation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Associates and customers; written, verbal and listening
  • Strong desire to exceed customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage projects and guide local service providers
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests
  • English and German, French or Spanish is an asset
  • Proficient in MS office suite, ERP system
