Your tasks

As the Distributor Support Representative you will play a key role in supporting, training and aligning our distributors. Your role is to provide excellent and personalized Distributors support to drive the sales in various markets.

The Distributor Support Representative will report to the local DS Manager and work closely with the Account Managers and the other DS agents.

Responsibilities:

    • Receive and properly handle incoming phone calls and written correspondence providing the best possible service to the Distributors
    • Solve problems and concern in a timely and effective manner
    • Motivate and support Distributors in qualification: make sure they know the steps to become an Executive
    • Make a good interface between the Distributors and the Company
    • Train the Distributors on the usage of our tools that could lead towards higher efficiency and help them in building their business

Your profile

Must have Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree is preferred
    • A first experience in Customer Service (preferred in the industry)
    • Native French and Spanish & good English skills, both written and verbal.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
