* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, ICT, Electromechanics or equal by experience

As a Technical Support Engineer Domotics, you provide 1st line support to the customers in their shops around Europe. Together with your team of Technical Support Engineers domotics, problems will be determined (hard- and software) and resolved by rebuilding the situation (programming – C# mostly). You are always the first point of contact for the customers. In case the problem can’t be solved in 1-2 days, it will be forwarded to the Advanced Support team domotics. Next to this, you work together with the other (inter)national departments, for example for training classes. You also need to optimise and restore system and network issues.
You are a strong communicator and fluent in English OR French OR Spanish. You have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, ICT, Electromechanics (preferably with a specialization in electronics) or have equal experience. On top of that, you have experience with programming, by preference in C#.
