  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and administration activities including:
    • month and end-year process
    • accounts payable/receivable management
    • general ledger
    • treasury, budgeting
    • cash forecasting
    • accounts reconciliations
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationship
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Manage the payment system and supervises the treasury


  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance – CPA is an advantage
  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager,Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (French will be considered as a plus).
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Ability to supervise a person
  • Capability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong professional relationship with the team you will be part of
  • You have excellent interpersonal (social and communication) skills and consider yourself as a team player.
