  • Provide product and technical support to Customers and Partners
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Provide regular feedback concerning customer experience
  • Advocate for the Customer within Sitemark and intervene for Customers at risk
  • Provide training and education on our Products and Services to Customers and Partners
  • Be involved in technical sales discussions
  • Achieve customer retention targets
  • Intervene to customers at risk
  • Provide timely and proactive information to Sales for data acquisition and other services requests
  • Coordinate the daily operations and quality checks for Data Acquisition
  • Seek out optimal ways of working through continuous process improvement


  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a dynamic deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent communication skills (written, presentation)
  • Great people skills
  • Fluent in English – French, Spanish, or German is a plus
  • Fast learner who can multi-task and take initiative
  • Business and Tech Savvy
  • Attention to Detail
  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • Hands-on experience in any of the following:
    • Customer Support / Complaints handling
    • Training
    • Quality management
    • Project Management
