THE JOB:

  • Monitor market trends by conducting market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts
  • Creation, development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Translating business projects into concrete marketing objectives
  • Coordination and ownership of projects and initiatives from A to Z, an advisor approach and a proactive mind-set with internal stakeholders
  • Providing direct support to the service line leader in preparing marketing campaign plan and follow-up
  • Assisting, creating and following-up on go-to-market tasks
  • Preparing financial reports and challenging results – Carrying out a regular and structured reporting
  • Direct support to the service line Leader in budgeting preparation and follow up
  • Supporting business by targeting clients and monitoring the progress of the various sectors’ ambition plans and strategies
  • Inspiring colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge – being an added value for the team

THE PROFILE:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects with many moving parts.
  • Adaptability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business administration
  • Highly organized, rigorous, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide regular status updates
  • Ability to build trusted business relationships. Tactful and with a strong client oriented mind-set
  • Sound to strong knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Strong learning agility: analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
  • Ability to produce high-quality work even when working under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Affinity with digital marketing and good ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online
  • Able to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere
  • Good teamwork skills – team player with a collaborative approach
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills. (Spanish plus)
  • A first experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
