THE ROLE:

  • Identify potential new revenue projects to feed the sales pipeline by actively reaching out to Marketing generated leads (MQLs) over phone, email, social, and other channel
  • Qualify the generated MQLs into early stage revenue opportunities (SQLs)
  • Closely collaborate and coordinate sales development efforts with the regional Sales department team members and leadership
  • Create and execute telemarketing scripts
  • Enhance CRM data quality and completeness by logging all prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Measure, analyze & report on SDR activities & campaign results
  • Use established criteria to qualify opportunities before passing them to field sales reps or channel partners
  • Pursue meaningful and productive conversations with individuals representing identified buyer personas

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent sales related experience
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system)
  • Strong skills in qualifying prospects
  • Commercial mindset
  • Prior call center (telesales, telemarketing,..) experience is required
  • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at active listening to assess prospect needs and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Able to function in a team as well as prioritize/execute tasks independently
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 of the following languages: German, Dutch, Spanish, etc.
