- Play a leading role on Alpega´s cloud-based freight tendering solution, designed to optimize freight procurement across land, air and sea.
- Analyze, plan and onboarding of new customers.
- Train our existing customers on platform usage and features.
- Build relationships with key employees among customers.
- Create plans to address customers’ business needs.
- Advise customers on creating profitable processes.
- Act as single point of contact for our customers.
- Actively support sales team sell services and products.
- Ensure both the company and customers adhere to contract terms.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
- Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant freight industry or sales knowledge (having that within multiple transport modes – air, ocean, road, parcel – is an advantage).
- Background in Customer Service.
- Ability to work in project mode.
- Fluent in French (near-native), with a professional English (written and spoken). Any other additional language skills (French, Spanish, German, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with SaaS solutions.
- A good eye for data and what is reasonable in the freight market.
- A customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
