Secretary Plus

For the central Sales Administration department in Nivelles, secretary plus is looking for a Sales Administrator who is responsible for all order related matters like order processing, file maintenance, planning & logistics, cost booking and invoicing. The Sales Administrator is the main contact/support for the Territory Managers in the field and the coordinator of the complete process from quote to invoice.

1. Project handling Insertion project in Baan (our local system) Maintain of project as per salesmen’s request Correction and action Invoicing.

2. Logistic Organisation of transport to customer Organisation of transport from customer Transport price maintain Maintain transport planning.

3. Cash Flow Review accounts receivables Reminder to customer You will join a vibrant team and work in an international environment!

Profile

Fluent Spanish and Italian with a conversational level of English or French (for in-house communication)

Some experience in or at least a good feeling for administration/coordination and customer contact

A born organizer who likes to multitask!

Personality: strong but flexible character, stress resistant, punctual, good communication skills, individual but also team player
