We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help accelerate pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoff to the sales team.

Your responsibilities include:

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Nurture early-stage leads through personalized follow-up based on engagement.
  • Conduct qualification conversations to assess needs and timeline.

Lead Qualification & Handoff

  • Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (ICP + lifecycle stage).
  • Maintain accurate data, notes, and deal progression in HubSpot and Salesforce.

Pipeline Contribution

  • Help build targeted lists and identify new accounts within priority markets.
  • Support territory- and segment-based prospecting strategies.
  • Track progress against KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline contribution.

Collaboration & Feedback Loop

  • Share insights with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
  • Work closely with Sales to refine qualification criteria and outreach sequences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging, playbooks, and tools.

Who are we looking for?

  • Curious and eager to learn about industrial maintenance and asset reliability.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Quick to pick up the phone to engage with prospects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate them into action.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Italian (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Full-time position based in our Mons office, Belgium.
