The Role

  • In this role, you will combine market expansion and local business development, acting as a key commercial driver across both established and new markets.
  • You will develop relationships with private banks, family offices, wealth managers, and advisors in Luxembourg, while progressively building a strong pipeline across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • You will position the platform by highlighting its core strengths: access to top-tier private equity funds, lower entry tickets, strong due diligence, operational efficiency, and institutional-grade reporting.
  • This is a highly strategic and client-facing role requiring both relationship management in an existing ecosystem and an entrepreneurial mindset to open new markets.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy across Luxembourg and the DACH region
  • Strengthen and expand existing relationships within the Luxembourg market
  • Identify and acquire new distribution partners (private banks, family offices, EAMs, wealth managers)
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and allocators
  • Promote the platform and clearly articulate its value proposition
  • Drive the full business development cycle from origination to closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (investor relations, structuring, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Your Profile

  • You have a proven track record in business development, investor relations, or distribution within private markets, asset management, private banking, or wealth management
  • You have an existing network in Luxembourg and exposure to the DACH market (or strong ambition to develop it)
  • You understand how private banks, family offices, and wealth managers access and distribute alternative investments
  • You are comfortable discussing private equity and investment structures with sophisticated clients
  • You are fluent in German and English (mandatory)
  • Luxembourgish is a strong asset
  • French and/or Spanish would be a strong plus
  • You demonstrate strong commercial drive, credibility, and relationship-building skills
  • You are entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven
