Description

As a Customer Service OTC, your responsibilities are:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts and update relevant records in the system.
• Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and requests.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

A successful Customer Service OTC should have:

• Fluency in French, Spanish and with a good command of English. Portuguese is a big plus
• Experience in customer service and in Order roles is a big plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with order management systems and tools.
• A solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
