Your Responsibilities & Missions
- You will actively participate in the structuring and setting up of regulated and non-regulated investment vehicles for a diverse range of national and international clients. This continuous exposure to varied fund structures allows you to deeply understand complex regulatory frameworks, ultimately positioning you as a highly versatile and sought-after expert in the market.
- You will advise on compliance policies and take the lead in reviewing and negotiating intricate investments. Engaging directly in these high-level negotiations naturally sharpens your commercial mindset, equipping you with the confidence and strategic vision needed to handle sophisticated cross border transactions autonomously.
- You will collaborate seamlessly with other practice areas and international offices across the firm’s global network. - You will act as a primary point of contact, enjoying significant client exposure and interacting directly with clients and their advisors from day one. Your Profile
- You bring around 1 to 3 years of professional experience gained within an international law firm or a similar dynamic environment, with a focus on investment funds or asset management.
- You hold a University degree in business law (such as a Master 2 or a first state exam), and being eligible for or registered on List I, II, or IV of the Luxembourg Bar is highly valued.
- You possess a full command of Spanish and English to easily navigate this global environment; additional in French represents a fantastic asset to connect with a broader, diversified client base.
- You are a natural team player with excellent communication skills, eager to contribute positively to a collegial and welcoming office atmosphere.
- You demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine willingness to learn, paving the way for a smooth and rapid career evolution toward a senior associate or counsel role.
