As an Operations Officer – Securities & Cash, you will join the operations team supporting securities and cash activities. You will contribute to the smooth execution of daily processes and ensure high-quality service to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in handling client requests and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Execute assigned operational controls with accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes
- Book client instructions in the core system (cash & securities)
- Respond to client queries in a timely manner
- Support corporate actions processing
- Assist in cash and securities reconciliation activities
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance, Business, Science, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of the investment funds industry
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (UCITS V, AIFMD, MiFID II, CRS, FATCA, AML/CFT)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SWIFT Alliance is an advantage
- Fluent English required; French and a third language (Italian or Spanish) are a plus
