As part of their growing team, they are looking for a Business Development Manager, someone eager to learn, collaborate, and make a difference.
Strategic Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients within industries such as Automotive, Service, Customer engagement (Salesforce) and Data Analytics and insights.
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Technical Managers).
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s international client base.
Client Acquisition:
Develop a client database from scratch, focusing on international companies.
Utilize your technical background and industry knowledge to understand client needs and position the companys offerings effectively.
Act as the initial contact person, opening doors for further engagement by the internal team.
Collaboration and Portfolio Management:
Work closely with the internal team to transition new client relationships into ongoing business engagements.
Build a diverse portfolio of clients, contributing to the company’s revenue growth and brand recognition.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress against targets, and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, particularly within the area of business transformation, Customer engagement (Salesforce) and Data Analytics and insights.
You have worked in consulting before and therefore thoroughly understand what it means to be a consultant and to sell consultancy services.
You manage to see, investigate, evaluate & implement the need for transformation with (potential) clients.
You work hard to understand the details of your clients context. You can easily shift between a high-level helicopter view and a deep-dive into specific topics.
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex IT solutions and convey their value to clients.
Experience with CEM or Data-related technologies such as Salesforce, Dataiku, Snowflake, PowerBI, Collibra etc. are a plus.
Experience in building and managing a client portfolio from scratch.
A strong network, preferably in the automotive and services industry, and willing to make new connections.
Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and technical managers.
Previous experience in a BIG4 company is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to excellence and achieving results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You speak/write perfect English and are proficient in Spanish.
