WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Customer Support Representative you will report to the Customer Service Manager. In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.
Your most critical deliverables for this role are:
- Processing all sales orders, based on customer’s request, by liaising availability, delivery, lead-time and pricing;
- Acting as a link between the customers, plants and Sales Representatives to ensure all sales order special requirements are met;
- Making daily follow-up of open orders to ensure on-time deliveries;
- Preparing orders for invoicing after shipments;
- Taking action on all customer complaints and requests for service, make sure the customer’s problem is reconciled promptly and satisfactorily.
WHO YOU ARE
Your colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change. In addition, you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade Relations or similar area;
- Previous experience in a position with client contact;
- Service, quality and customer satisfaction focused;
- Fluent in any of the 3 languages: English, Italian, German, Spanish;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Excellent telephone and written (emails) communication skills;
- Self-confident, courteous, able to tactfully handle various personalities and problems;
- Microsoft Office : Outlook, Excel, Word.
