Your Job :
Your role will be to pursue sustainable and profitable spare parts growth with End users in the refining & petrochemical market in a given territory.
Our team :
You will work with an international team of Inside Sales Engineers mostly located between Luxembourg, Spain and Italy and you will directly report to our Spares Manager.
What you will do :
- Develop and maintain long term profitable relationship with the Customers to promote John Zink products and identify ways to anticipate Customers’ needs.
- Prepare customer proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Promote our products and services to the customers.
- Provide global coordination on customer issues where required.
- Lead the Customer Satisfaction process in the assigned territory.
- Technically support customers.
- Develop and keep knowledge of the products.
- Promote operational excellence and profitability for the business.
Requirements:
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or technical degree with commercial experience.
- Fluent in English. Any other languages will be valued, especially Spanish or German.
- Having a first experience in a similar role, combining sales within a technical environment.
- Good communication and negotiations skills, proactivity, and customer-focus.
- Having analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
