Your responsibilities
Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics
Role location: Zaventem, Belgium
Languages required: English, Italian and French OR English, Italian and Spanish fluent.

As Technical Support Representative, you will be the trusted partner for our customers to guide them and provide technical support on Hologic Diagnostics products. You will own a solution to the challenges presented and will engage the relevant expertise when you require additional support.
We are looking for a collaborative team player passionate about communication and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions
- Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery
- Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in Hologic products
Your profile
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent verbal and written English, Italian and French OR English, Italian and Spanish
- Customer Support Experience
- Adaptability in a fast pace growing and changing environment
- Ability to work independently, with sense of initiative, great attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Having biomedical background will be advantageous
