You will be entrusted with the following tasks:

  • creation and follow-up of offers upon request of sales/product managers;
  • registration and follow-up of customer orders;
  • issuing of sales invoices based on the project progress/upon request of the project manager;
  • organisation of transportation and stock exit of sold material;
  • management of administrative formalities related to export sales (export documents, transport, customs formalities, etc);
  • collaboration with the operation team and customers to investigate and resolve issues impacting payment collection;
  • organisation of service visits;
  • management of travel expenses;
  • administrative tasks.


  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role. Accounting experience will be a strong asset.
  • You are fluent in French and English. Spanish or German will be a strong asset.
  • You have strong Excel skills. Knowledge of ERP system like TIP Integral or SAGE will be a strong asset.
  • You are team player and have excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
  • You are detail and result oriented.
  • You are motivated and positive.
