We’re Airocollect, a fast-moving startup helping enterprise construction firms harness the power of aerial data. Our software turns drone imagery into crystal-clear insights for roofers, general contractors, and infrastructure builders—saving them time, rework, and site visits.

Your Mission
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in turning interest into revenue. From delivering engaging software demos to guiding prospects through our online buying journey, you’ll drive both growth and customer satisfaction.
This is a commercial role with ownership. You’ll be talking to real customers, solving real problems, and helping shape how we grow in Italy and/or Spain!
What You’ll Do
- Own the top of the sales funnel in the region: prospecting, cold outreach, qualifying inbound leads
- Deliver compelling pitches via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video—tailored to construction clients
- Show your entrepreneurial capabilities by finding new ways to identify and attract leads, showing you understand your customer and are able to think outside the box
- Book discovery calls and support deal execution together with our leadership
- Work closely with marketing to localize campaigns and optimize messaging for the native-speaking audience
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene (we use Zoho CRM) and report on lead quality and pipeline insights
- Collect customer feedback and help shape our go-to-market playbook in new markets
- Work closely with the founding team in shaping the sales and Go-To-Market strategy
What You Bring
- Native-level Italian / Spanish (spoken and written) – this is a must
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or construction
- Strong communication skills—you can explain complex topics in a simple, human way
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and excited to build something new
- Bonus points if you’ve sold to construction, engineering, or facility management companies
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or startup environment (we move fast, we iterate, we celebrate wins)
