Colegio de Registradores de España (CORPME) is a professional association, based in
Madrid, with a delegation in Brussels, which leads the organisation and coordination of
the activities and projects of the European Land Registry Association (ELRA), composed
of 31 official land registry organisations from 27 European countries.
The Brussels delegation plays an active role in EU-level initiatives related to justice, land
registration and digitalisation, including activities supported under EU-funded
programmes.
Range of duties:
The selected candidate will support the activities of the CORPME delegation in Brussels
and work in close cooperation with ELRA. The main responsibilities will include:
- Management of activities : Participation in the organised activities by the
CORPME Brussels delegation and ELRA. Support in the organisation of internal
and external events, including preparation of agendas, reports, coordination of
participants and speakers, and liaison with external suppliers. - Administrative office tasks: management of electronic correspondence and
documentation. Support internal coordination activities, including management of
contact lists, directories and shared documentation. - Communication and Dissemination: Support and communication activities,
including newsletters, interviews and post-event communication. Maintenance
and updating of ELRA’s website, intranet and social media channels. - Follow-up of European projects: . Support in the preparation and follow-up of
meetings and technical events at EU level. Contribution to the coordination and,
including EU-funded projects and operating grants (e.g. under DG Justice), in
cooperation with project managers.
The successful applicant:
- Education: Higher Technical Degree in Management and Administration, Degree
in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Tourism with a master’s degree in event
and conference management. Relevant professional experience (2–3 years) in
administrative and coordination tasks in an international environment, managing
events and conferences; experience in EU-related activities or European projects
is an asset. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish; a good
level of French is highly desirable. - Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities in a small, international team. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
OneDrive) and online collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom). - Experience with website and intranet content management, newsletters and basic
communication tools; knowledge of WordPress, mailing platforms or graphic
design tools (e.g. Canva) is an advantage. - Ability to work autonomously, with attention to detail, discretion and a proactive,
solution-oriented attitude. - Priority will be given to candidates already residing in Brussels.
