For our client we’re looking for a Customer Service Officer.
In this role, you become the voice of support for drivers facing unexpected vehicle issues across Europe. You’ll be part of a fast-paced and multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency play a crucial role in keeping transport moving.
– Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers experiencing roadside vehicle breakdowns.
– Take ownership of each case by coordinating with local service providers and technicians until the issue is resolved.
– Maintain constant communication with both the customer and service partner, providing regular updates and reassurance.
– Think on your feet and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, often finding creative solutions under time pressure.
– Be an integral part of a tight-knit, multilingual team that thrives on collaboration and mutual support.
– Operate within a 24/7 environment, where teamwork and flexibility are essential to ensuring seamless customer experiences.
– You speak and write fluently in English, French & Spanish.
– You are service-driven and naturally inclined to go the extra mile to support customers in stressful situations.
– Strong interpersonal skills help you adapt your communication style to various cultural and professional contexts.
– You enjoy working in a diverse team setting and are always ready to help others succeed.
– Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
– A hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
