  • Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills with a pragmatic, business‑oriented approach to enabling compliant growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities, across local and global teams, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory workstreams independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic fintech environment, with strong organizational and execution skills.
