What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, open-minded, and motivated professional who is eager to join an international organization based in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and multicultural environment. We value individuals who take initiative, embrace new challenges, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
What will you do?
- Process, review, and accurately record supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping of bank transactions and ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to support smooth financial operations.
- Maintain well-organized and compliant accounting records and documentation.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with the preparation and coordination of the annual external audit.
- Support the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting information.
What are we looking for in you?
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting/administration department. Knowledge in Lux GAAP will be considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge in Business Central ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or English. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.
