- Our multi-lingual advisors utilise their language skills to support customers with international breakdowns. It doesn’t matter where
they are in Europe, we take full ownership of the breakdown and give our customers a peace of mind. - Communication is key. We are in regular dialogue with the dealer doing the repair and updating the customer with progress.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem solving ensures our customers are well supported. When things aren’t going smoothly, we think outside the box.
