Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Product Certification Process Ownership & Strategy
Testing and Certification: Lead and manage the testing and certification process for new products to adhere to business definitions and regulatory standards.
Re-Certification Management: Administer the re-certification of existing products necessitated by regulatory changes, certificate expirations, or modifications in product specifications.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all product certifications, ensuring timely updates and compliance with expiry dates.
2. Regional & Global Project Management Leadership
Project Leadership: Lead and manage regional and global cross‑functional projects based on business priorities.
Cross‑Functional Alignment: Drive alignment across teams by facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Standardization: Use standardized tools, templates, and governance processes to ensure high‑quality, complete, and scalable project and product documentation.
Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery through structured processes and clear accountability.
3. Growth PMO Coordinator (Strategic Role)
Strategic Enablement: Act as a key contributor within the Growth Project Management Office, playing a central role in driving operational excellence and strategic execution across the organization.
PMN Communications: Deliver bi‑monthly PMN newsletters and maintain the PMN master file to ensure transparency and alignment across the project community.
Training & Capability Building: Organize and lead training sessions on project management best practices to enhance organizational capability.
Sustainability Leadership: Serve as Portfolio Sustainability Assessment Champion, ensuring sustainability principles are embedded in project activities.
AIP & Dashboard Management: Manage AIP processes in I‑365 (Innovation Launchpad as of 2026), monitor timelines, and provide dashboards for leadership review.
Portfolio & Governance Support: Facilitate weekly PM updates, support regional portfolio management, and provide project support across functions.
PMO Liaison: Act as the primary PMO contact point for Contract Operations and contribute to projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in product certification processes, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and reporting.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across various teams.
Commitment to sustainability and experience in implementing eco-friendly practices.
Skills:
Project Management Software (e.g., I-365)
Strong data analysis and reporting tool skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in DuPont Personal Protection business or other finished product segment
Solid knowledge of supply chain and contract operation processes
Very strong project managements skills & results oriented
English fluency is a must, while other European languages like French, German or Spanish are a plus.
