Insurance Product Manager

Job Description

As Insurance Product Manager, you play an important role in building meaningful product benefits for our customers that support their personal lives and business around the world. Insurances are one of the most relevant benefits that illustrates the powerful backing promise to our customers, support their peace of mind while traveling or shopping with American Express.

While your primary focus will be on managing insurance related activities, you will also manage other product and benefits development within a team of Benelux products managers.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree
• Min. 3 years relevant work experience
• Experience in the field of insurances is a plus.
• Ability to build effective relationships and provide consultancy and advice to senior business stakeholders
• Business acumen and ability influence in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured and precise, eye for detail
• Understanding risks and compliance regulations; able to understand governance responsibilities
• Analytical skills
• Stress resilient and problem solving mindset
• Customer focused
