You will be responsible for driving Jaga’s commercial expansion in export markets. You combine sales drive with technical insight, identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring successful project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets: actively search for and secure new distributors, partners, and clients in selected export regions.
  • Grow partnerships: expand existing accounts and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, architects, and installers.
  • Promote innovation: introduce Jaga’s advanced cooling and climate solutions in markets where these technologies are not yet well known.
  • Close deals: manage negotiations and contracts to deliver profitable growth.
  • Coordinate internally: work closely with engineering, logistics, and production to ensure successful delivery.
  • Represent Jaga abroad: attend international trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits (approx. 50% travel).

This is how you win us over:

  • A senior professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in a technical or construction-related industry.
  • Strong technical affinity (HVAC knowledge is a plus) and the ability to translate technology into customer value.
  • Proven experience in export markets and building distribution networks.
  • Fluent in English (other languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Russian are a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial and highly motivated / Sales driven person, with a hunter mentality and a focus on building new business.
  • Independent, but a team player who thrives in a small, driven, international team.
