International Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for driving Jaga’s commercial expansion in export markets. You combine sales drive with technical insight, identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring successful project follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new markets: actively search for and secure new distributors, partners, and clients in selected export regions.
- Grow partnerships: expand existing accounts and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, architects, and installers.
- Promote innovation: introduce Jaga’s advanced cooling and climate solutions in markets where these technologies are not yet well known.
- Close deals: manage negotiations and contracts to deliver profitable growth.
- Coordinate internally: work closely with engineering, logistics, and production to ensure successful delivery.
- Represent Jaga abroad: attend international trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits (approx. 50% travel).
This is how you win us over:
- A senior professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in a technical or construction-related industry.
- Strong technical affinity (HVAC knowledge is a plus) and the ability to translate technology into customer value.
- Proven experience in export markets and building distribution networks.
- Fluent in English (other languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Russian are a plus).
- Entrepreneurial and highly motivated / Sales driven person, with a hunter mentality and a focus on building new business.
- Independent, but a team player who thrives in a small, driven, international team.
