Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of NAV calculation, income distribution, subscriptions/redemptions, and transaction settlements
• Monitoring investment restrictions and cash flows
• Safekeeping duties including record keeping, ownership verification, and look through analysis
• Due diligence on service providers and sub-custodians
• Liaising with internal departments and external fund actors
• Supporting fee calculations, KPIs/KRIs, and reporting
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring procedural compliance

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English; understanding of French and a third language (Italian or Spanish) is a plus
• Motivated to grow with a team that values initiative and collaboration
