Your tasks:
- Managing the quote-to-cash process (commercial offers, processing orders, deliveries, payment follow-up and monitoring) in interface with several departments (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain) in a timely manner according to corporate processes
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks and maintaining detailed records with the ability to manage complex processes (both technical and administrative) efficiently, to support our team and to contribute to the overall global organizational success
- Acting a key role as a coordinating and communication hub between different stakeholders on an international scale
- Maintaining high quality of service, demonstrating professional & structured customer management
- Ensuring a trusted communication and control-tower role with customers via email, phone calls or occasional on-site visit
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- You speak fluent English and at least one the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish or French
- You have experience in customer service in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial environment
- You are comfortable with IT tools (MS Office), experience with SAP would be considered an asset
- You are proactive and customer-centric, interpret and communicate complex technical data to both technical and non‑technical audiences, with a troubleshooting mindset
