Jobomschrijving

As a Private Banker your responsibilities are :

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
  • Work closely with team members to provide comprehensive service
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their financial portfolios
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Profiel

A successful Private Banker should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Must be fluent in English and Italian and/or Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Proven experience in a relationship management role within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • High level of customer service orientation
