As a Private Banker your responsibilities are :
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Identify client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
- Work closely with team members to provide comprehensive service
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their financial portfolios
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Profiel
A successful Private Banker should have:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Must be fluent in English and Italian and/or Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Proven experience in a relationship management role within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- High level of customer service orientation
